Shipping Policy

We ship every order from our studio in Smyrna, Georgia. Here's what to expect.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Custom-label, white-label, and branded orders take longer to produce — typically 1–2 weeks for custom client gifts and 4–6 weeks for full white-label wholesale orders. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS and UPS within the continental United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Standard shipping — 3–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping — 2–3 business days, where available
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $75

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories is available; transit times and rates vary.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping as a standard option. For inquiries about shipping to Canada, Mexico, or overseas, email us at danielsluxurycandles@gmail.com and we'll work out custom arrangements case by case.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you don't see the email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then reach out to us.

Delivery & Address Accuracy

Once a package leaves our hands, delivery timelines are governed by the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order — we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged in Transit

Every candle ships in protective packaging, but breakage can happen. If your candle arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy — we'll replace it free of charge with a photo confirmation within 7 days of delivery. No return shipping needed.

Holidays & Peak Seasons

During major holidays and peak gifting seasons (Thanksgiving through New Year's, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), processing and carrier delivery times may run slightly longer. We'll communicate any delays directly.

APO/FPO and PO Boxes

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS only. Expedited shipping is not available to these addresses.
