1. What is your return policy?
We offer a two-week return window for store credit only. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
2. Can I create a custom label for my candle?
Yes! You can provide your own design, logo, or photo, or work with us to create a custom label that fits your vision. We also offer design support if you need help bringing your idea to life.
Note: There is a 5 candle minimum for custom label orders.
3. Do you offer branded candles for businesses?
Absolutely. We specialize in custom candles for realtors, law firms, boutiques, and more! Add your logo, contact info, QR code, or a message to make a lasting impression.
4. What are your candles made of?
Our candles are hand-poured in small batches using 100% soy wax. They contain no dyes or additives and are scented with carefully curated fragrance oils.
5. How long do your candles burn?
Our 8.5 oz candles burn for approximately 40–50 hours, and our 17 oz candles burn for around 90–100 hours with proper care.
6. Can I name my own scent?
Yes! You can rename any scent to match your brand or occasion—like “Closing Day,” “The Anderson Home,” or “Gratitude.”
7. What scent options do you offer?
We currently offer over 15 luxurious scents including Apple Pie, Lovely Lavender, Raspberry Vanilla, The Garden, Wild Blueberry, Gold, Musk, and New England. Reach out to see the full list!
8. Is there a minimum order for custom candles?
Yes, we require a minimum of 5 candles for any custom label order. For larger or fully branded bulk orders, contact us directly for pricing and availability.
9. How long does it take to receive my custom candles?
Custom orders typically take 1–2 weeks to produce, depending on the quantity and label design. We’ll give you a timeline when you place your order.
10. Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, rush orders may be available depending on our production schedule. Additional fees may apply.
11. Can I see a proof of my label before printing?
Yes, we always send a digital proof of your custom label for approval before printing.
12. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! We can package your candles in gift boxes with crinkle paper, tissue, or ribbon for an elevated presentation.
13. Are your candles eco-friendly?
Yes. We use soy wax, cotton wicks, and recyclable containers. Our candles are clean-burning and free of harmful additives.
14. Can you match my brand’s colors or style?
We can closely match your branding on the label design. While we don’t add dyes to our wax, your candle packaging can reflect your visual identity through the label and box design.
15. Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes, we offer bulk discounts for businesses, events, and retail. Reach out with your quantity and custom needs for a quote.
16. Can I reorder the same candle design later?
Definitely. We save your design files and scent preferences to make reorders seamless.
17. Where are your candles made?
All of our candles are handcrafted in Atlanta, Georgia.
18. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the U.S. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and order size.
19. What happens if my candle arrives damaged?
We carefully package every order, but if something arrives broken, email us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace it.
20. How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn, allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar during the first burn, and never leave it unattended while lit.
21. Can I customize the scent itself?
While we don’t currently blend new fragrances on request, we’re happy to help you select the perfect scent from our curated collection.
