Product Safety
Our candles are produced to comply with ASTM F2417 (Standard Specification for Fire Safety of Candles). All wicks are cotton and lead-free. Safety instructions accompany every candle and are reproduced below:
- Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn
- Burn on a level, heat-resistant surface
- Keep away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable materials
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Discontinue use when ¼ inch of wax remains
- Maximum continuous burn: 4 hours
The Company is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of its products.
California Proposition 65
Some of our products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm — including but not limited to vanillin and certain natural fragrance compounds. For more information, visit www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
FDA Disclaimer
Our candles are intended for decorative and aromatic use only. They are not food, drugs, or medical devices. No statement on this site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Allergen and Ingredient Disclosure
Our candles are made with 100% soy wax, cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils sourced from established suppliers (including Nature's Garden Crafts and CandleScience). Detailed scent compositions, fragrance notes, and material data are available upon request. Persons with fragrance sensitivities should review the scent profile and consult a healthcare professional before use.
Custom Order Disclosures
Custom-label, white-label, and branded orders are produced based on artwork, designs, photographs, and other materials provided by the customer. By submitting such materials, the customer represents and warrants ownership or appropriate licensing rights. The Company disclaims any liability for third-party intellectual property claims arising from customer-provided materials.
Wholesale and Resale
Wholesale and white-label accounts are subject to additional terms, including resale-certificate requirements where applicable. Resellers are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable sales taxes in their jurisdictions.
Sales Tax Nexus
The Company collects sales tax in jurisdictions where it has established economic or physical nexus. Additional state and local taxes may apply at checkout based on the shipping destination.
