Refund & Return Policy

We hand-pour every candle in small batches in Atlanta, and we stand behind what we make. Here's how returns and refunds work.

If your candle arrives damaged

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge. No return shipping needed, no questions asked.

Unopened candles

We accept returns of unopened, unused candles within 14 days of delivery for store credit or a full refund. Customer covers return shipping. Once we receive the returned candle, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Opened or burned candles

We can't accept returns on candles that have been lit or burned, even if you decide the scent isn't quite right. Fragrance is personal — we recommend reading the full scent profile on each product page before ordering.

Custom labels and branded orders

All custom-label, white-label, and branded gift orders are final sale. Once a candle has your logo, name, or design on it, we can't resell it.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale and white-label orders are final sale unless the product arrives defective. Defective items are replaced free of charge.

How to start a return

Email us at danielsluxurycandles@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send instructions and a shipping address within one business day.
